In Home Meal Prep

In home meal prepping services are available to clients across Long Island. We will work together to plan customized menus to fit your needs. Following, we will shop for the freshest ingredients possible and arrive at your home to prepare the meals for storage. After the cooking is complete, your kitchen will be left spotless. All food items will be labeled with reheating directions and a printed calendar will be provided.
