I was born and raised on Long Island and enjoy spending time in Montauk. After earning my degree in journalism, I landed a position allowing me to work alongside many people which is what also makes me enjoy my work with The SoFo Spoon. I love watching the event chefs make beautiful dishes out of simple ingredients. They make art with food—it is so impressive to me since I am admittedly not a great cook. With The SoFo Spoon, I get to serve clients and experience them enjoying the experience we provide. Helping clients execute their event and pleasing the guests is why I thrive in this industry.
